I only ever seem to be updating this when sitting in some form of transport. This time it's a large bendy Megabus (Stagecoach) coach. It's 03:34 and we're at a Welcome Break service station at Stoke-on-Trent, waiting for the bus coming down from Scotland to arrive for a driver swap. Pretty crowded bus, I don't think the woman next to me really wanted someone sitting next to her but I just grabbed the seat. Mike called just after I set off which was nice of him! I've just looked out the window to see the other bus arriving, hopefully we'll be setting off again soon...It's now 11:00 and boy what shit weather it has been, north of England is like gales and the coach was swerving all over the place. Passed quite a few overturned lorries. Was listening to Radio 2 (unusual for me) and the Forth, Tay and Kessock bridges were closed, although the Forth and Kessock are now open to non high sided vehicles. We had a long wait getting into Glasgow as we hit it at the usual morning jam. I'm now on the 2nd coach from Perth to Inverness, not the bendy sort this time. I'm bloody tired as I've not slept at all.
