Had 2 weeks at new job, it's alright so far, started taking calls now, keep making mistakes! (as expected). At the moment I'm trying to follow up old calls and re-assign them to the correct teams, but, the Remedy system is down... great... You can tell something majour has broken as the sea of hair sticking out from the 'pods' turns into people randomly standing up and doing a lot of head scratching and shoulder shrugging, quite amusing to watch actually.High street.. yes.. him, again...
